CAR RENTAL DETAILS                                :
 
***The vehicle is rented with a private driver.
***It is limited to 10 hours and 120 km per day.
***car rental fee, driver and fuel are included in the price.
***The price determined is included in the city usage. In case of 
out-of-town use, an additional fee will be charged.
***The vehicle will be available at the requested location at the requested time.
***The vehicle driver will also guide.
 
 
CANCELLATION AND REFUND CONDITIONS    :
 
***The rented vehicle will be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the 
service starts. The payment made for the rental will be returned within 3 working 
days without certainty.
***If the rented vehicle is canceled within 24 hours or less than the start of the service, 
a 1 day rental fee will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded within 3 working days.
***If the rented vehicle cannot be canceled for any reason and there is no use, a 2-day rental fee 
will be reflected no matter how many days the rental period is. The remaining payment will be 
refunded within 3 business days. If the rental period is 2 days or less, no refund will be made.
